KEVIN HANNA

President/CEO

Kevin Hanna serves as President/CEO. He holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina. He formerly served as CEO of the Atlanta Development Authority, Commissioner of Housing and Development for the City of Philadelphia, Director of Development for the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority and was Vice President at First Union and Wachovia Banks in Corporate Lending and Public Finance.

Rita Braswell

Economic Development Liaison/Workforce Development

Rita Braswell currently serves as Vice-President of Economic & Workforce Development. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Planning from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

Anaesha Whitaker

Project Manager, Compliance

Anaesha Whitaker serves as Project Manager, Compliance for the Conyers-Rockdale Economic Development Council. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Clark Atlanta University and a Master’s degree in Network Communication Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Anaesha is certified in Project Management by the Project Management Institute and brings over a decade of experience in operations, compliance, and stakeholder engagement across public and private sectors.
