Rockdale Technology Center has signed an agreement to build a 315,000 sf logistic center for a name brand manufacture on their property along Dogwood Drive.
This project will break ground soon with completion in mid-2021. 40-60 new careers are anticipated upon completion.
Great Southern Wood has announced they will begin a 25+ million dollar expansion in Rockdale County beginning October 1st with completion by the end of 2021. 35 new careers are anticipated in completion of the project.
Ashley Capital’s 450,000’ sf new logistic center is also nearing completion
Pratt Industries’ 300,000 sf expansion will finish this quarter.
