The first speculative industrial facility to be developed in the area in the last eight years, Conyers East features 28′ clear height, 48′ x 52′ column spacing, 39 dock-high doors, seven over-sized loading doors and an ESFR sprinkler system. The property’s location at 800 Sigman Rd. will also give prospective tenants easy access to I-20 via Exit 84.The single-story facility will appeal to a wide variety of corporate users, with spaces ranging from 25,000 square feet up to the entire building. Bobby Mayson, principal of Lavista Associates Inc. and a longtime leasing agent for Ashley Capital, is currently leasing space at the site.
